What is PP15? +
PP15 is a marketplace for certified digital square meters (m²). You can buy, sell, and own (2nd Market), and organize m² into islands.
What are certified digital square meters? +
Certified virtual m² are unique digital collectibles with a fixed ID. When you buy, ownership is assigned to your account instantly and stored for verification.
What is the Market? +
In Market you see the price per m² (PPC/m²), choose an amount, preview the cost clearly, then confirm. After purchase, the m² are yours immediately.
What is the 2nd Market? +
In the 2nd Market you trade directly with other users. Quick Buy m² and you pay 1% below the current Main Market price; Quick Sell m² you own and you receive 2% below the current Main Market price, matched with a buyer automatically. For Island m² on the 2nd Market, buyers pay 1% below the Island price, sellers receive 89% of the Island price, and the Island creator earns 5%. You can also buy a specific listing directly instead of using Quick Buy: then the buyer pays the listing price plus a platform fee (4% for main m², 5% for Island m²), and the seller pays a commission on the difference between the sale price and what they originally paid — 6% to the platform for main m², or the Island’s own rate (5% by default) to the Island creator. Payments are made with PP coins only (no real money), and ownership is transferred instantly inside PP15.
What are Islands? +
Islands are areas with their own price per m² and their own dynamics. This lets you compare values and resell within a specific island.
How is ownership verified? +
Every m² has a unique ID. Your ownership is linked directly to your account — including proof/status — so it's always clear who owns which m².
What is PPC? +
PPC are in-app credits. You use PPC to buy m². PPC is not redeemable for cash and not tradeable outside PP15.
Is PPC transferable or redeemable? +
No. PPC is in-app only, not transferable, and not redeemable.

Is PP15.ONE regulated? +
No. PP15.ONE is not regulated by any financial authority — including FINMA (Switzerland), SEC/CFTC (United States), FCA (United Kingdom), BaFin (Germany), or any other regulator in any jurisdiction.
